Welcome to the Urodynamics Curriculum for Urology Residents!

The Society of Urology Chairpersons and Program Directors (SUCPD) and the Society of Urodynamics, Female Pelvic Medicine and Urogential Reconstruction (SUFU) recognized the need for a standardized urodynamic curriculum for urology residencies in the United States. The Urodynamics Curriculum for Urology Residents has been developed to allow residents to gain access to current terminology, ideology and best practices associated with urodynamics.

The program is divided into self-learning modules designed by SUFU members who are experts in urodynamics. The modules can be reviewed by each urology resident at his or her own pace. Each module contains a video and a companion workbook that includes critical elements from the video, illustrations, reference material, reading lists and sometimes assignments. Each module builds upon the previous module and should be viewed in succession.
